The reticle is simple and familiar. The optic has great eye relief and target acquisition is fast and straight forward. Note if you plan to mount a high red dot or holographic on top of your scope mount, using something like a Burris P.E.P.R the illumination turret is very tall and sits high on top of the scope, making it nearly impossible to acquire a top mount red dot sight picture.
To run a secondary red dot, you’ll need a 45 degree offset mount. Aside from this, the optic is great. Not amazing in low light conditions, but still functional. The illuminated red dot washes out in sunny conditions, but the reticle can be run without illumination, and presents like a standard crosshair. Very close to a true 1x, a great for CQB. Turret adjustment has a positive click feel, but not a positive click sound. No biggie though.
Holds zero well, and if you have a hunting background, you’ll feel very comfortable with this reticle. No frills, no complicated reticle, no unnecessary magnification. Only wish it had a lower illumination turret, was a little lighter, and a quick throw lever. But for a sub-$200 optic, I have zero complaints. -Rick

I bought the package of scope laser light and red dot sight, which I probably won’t use the last two. No big deal. It a little difficult to round a shell on the AR since the scope sticks past the ejection piece but I will get use to it. Mounted very well on the pic rails. Can’t wait to hit the range and get it sighted in.
It’s a well built and solid scope. I’ve got Leopold and Nikon and zeiss scopes but I’m tired of spending high hundred to thousands on scopes.

Supportive Review: This was my first experience with night vision scopes. This is a little different because it is more of a system than a scope. It attaches to your existing mounted scope. It arrived quickly from Amazon and was extremely well packaged. I wasn’t expecting much in the way of quality materials based on the low price.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of all parts of this system. I mounted it on my scope in about 10 minutes but that time would be halved if I mounted again. I tried to test it but could not get it to work properly. It was my fault. I didn’t realize there were three separate switches that have to be on for it to work properly. One on the illumination light, one on the screen,and one on the camera cylinder.
In my defense the instructions are pretty much useless. But it is generally simple enough that it can be figured out. If I would make one suggestion I would recommend comprehensive instructions. I nearly packed mine up and sent it back until I made one last attempt and found a YouTube video review showing the third switch. Glad I didn’t. This thing works great for the price. It’s as accurate as your scope is. I could identify a rabbit at 75 yards in total darkness and a coyote at over 100 yards. I believe I should be able to use it on coyotes out to at least 150 yards.
