1. Hatsan Gladius PCP Air Rifle

Hatsan Gladius PCP Air Rifle

Highlight: The Hatsan Gladius PCP Air Rifle delivers powerful, whisper-quiet shots with customizable comfort—perfect for precision hunters who value stealth and control.

Supportive Review: Accurate, very quiet, highly tuneable trigger, larger caliber for downrange energy, all kinds of aftermarket upgrades available.

Two things you need to know though,…1 be very careful cleaning the barrel on this gun. At the breach, or beginning of the barrel, about a 1/4″ inside is an o-ring that sits in a grove that goes the whole way around the inside of the barrel.

If it gets pulled out by your cleaning rod tip or patch, you have to take the whole gun apart to fix it and it is a pain in the butt to get back in right….2…Plastic forearm kinda flimsy underweight…ie…bipods. If you can afford it get the wood stock… Great…Awesome gun. PERFECT FOR HUNTING Get the regulator+++++++++70$ money well spent!!!! CRITTER GITTER -Heath

2. Hatsan BullBoss PCP Air Rifle

Hatsan BullBoss PCP Air Rifle

Highlight: Delivers powerful, whisper-quiet shots with smooth precision—perfect for hunters who value accuracy and stealth in the field.

Supportive Review: What can I say but I absolutely love this Bullboss. I am thoroughly impressed by how accurate it is, watched some reviews on YouTube and they don’t seem to be able to achieve the accuracy I’m getting.

I’m shooting 34 grain JSB pellets at 40 yards and as long as I do my part it’ll shoot them well into a dime size group. For being my first PCP air rifle I definitely feel like I made the right choice to get into the sport. Out of the box it is very quiet, I added a Doonyfl Sumo moderator just to quite it more.

All you hear out of the air rifle now is the hammer hitting, pellet hitting the target is so much louder than the air rifle shooting. The rifle really likes the JSB Exact King Heavy Diabolo 33.95 gr. pellets as you can see in the 5 shot group at 48 yards. -Emery Bachelder

3. Barra 250z PCP Air Rifle

Barra 250z PCP Air Rifle

Highlight: The Barra 250z PCP Air Rifle delivers smooth, consistent power with pinpoint accuracy—perfect for hunters who value quiet precision and control.

Supportive Review: Very impressive air gun. It is solidly built and worth every penny. This is my first PCP gun and find that it is very accurate right out of the box. I shoot 4 mags, that’s 36 shots before filling and get full power from every shot.

I could get more but like to keep it topped off. The fill probe works well, the Magazines could be a bit better and it comes with a single shot tray. lots of room to load under the scope. A lot of U Tube reviews on this rifle and they are not hype. I highly recommend this Barra 250z. -Jim Logan

4. Stoeger XM1 Ranger PCP Air Gun

Stoeger XM1 Ranger PCP Air Gun

Highlight: The Stoeger XM1 Ranger PCP Air Gun stands out for its smooth precision, lightweight design, and whisper-quiet power—perfect for hunters who value accuracy without the noise.

Supportive Review: One of the best pellet rifles I’ve had the pleasure to try out.

Pros:
1. The accuracy is comparable to the $1000+ units out there.
2. Picatinny rails make accessory selection easy. Put a $100 scope on there, and you can reliably put rounds through the same hole at 50 yards.
3. Built-in suppressor shroud. That big barrel is a shroud, and the real barrel is floating inside. More on that in the Cons.

Cons:
1. The barrel is flexible, so if you touch the barrel, the zero will be off.
2. Noise. This thing is among the loudest pellet guns I’ve shot without a secondary suppressor. It measures 103 dB without the built-in shroud and 100 dB with it. Adding a secondary third-party buck-rail suppressor reduces the noise level to approximately 95 dB, which is quite pleasant; however, doing so appears to drastically reduce the velocity and, consequently, the impact force of the pellet.

5. Crosman Benjamin Trail XL Magnum Air Rifle

Crosman Benjamin Trail XL Magnum Air Rifle

Highlight: The Crosman Benjamin Trail XL Magnum delivers raw power and pinpoint accuracy, making it a hunter’s favorite for reliable, hard-hitting performance in the field.

Supportive Review: Nice rifle. Heavy, and takes a bit of effort to cock, but not as bad as some make it sound. Pretty quiet out of the box and I’m not through the 100 pellet break in period. Seems to really like the H&N Baracuda Hunter Extremes, and the JSB EXACT pellets.

If would have done it all over again, I may have spent a little more and gone with a PCP. But, I wanted a nice .25cal break barrel for shooting at my computers that don’t behave. “What? You say your laptop won’t boot? I’ll be right there!” -Kevin B.

6. Hatsan FlashPup Synthetic QE PCP Air Rifle

Hatsan FlashPup Synthetic QE PCP Air Rifle rotated

Highlight: The Hatsan FlashPup Synthetic QE PCP Air Rifle packs serious power and precision into a compact, whisper-quiet bullpup design that’s perfect for stealthy hunts and smooth handling.

Supportive Review: The Hatsan FlashPup Synthetic QE PCP Air Rifle is a compact powerhouse that truly surprised me. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and delivers impressive accuracy right out of the box.

The QuietEnergy (QE) system keeps shots whisper-quiet, perfect for backyard plinking or small game hunting without spooking anything nearby. The synthetic stock feels sturdy and weather-resistant, making it great for long outdoor sessions. Overall, it’s a reliable and affordable bullpup that punches well above its price range. -Steve

7. Stoeger XM1 Scout PCP Air Gun

Stoeger XM1 Scout PCP Air Gun

Supportive Review: Accurate, reliable, great shot count per fill, comfortable to shoot and crazy inexpensive
Side lever action
1/2 UNF threaded muzzle so one can attach moderators
Stoeger recently released the XM1 Ranger and Scout. Available in .22 and .25
The Scout is the Carbine version with shorter barrel and the Ranger has a 600mm barrel. the Scout barrel is about 450mm.
2 Stage Adjustable Trigger.
200cc air tank
Comfortable to shoot with adjustable cheekpiece and length of pull.
Picatinny rails on bottom and both side.
The Ranger and Scout are as accurate as my FX Panthera 600mm ! ($2300 GUN), i,e, extremely accurate. -Sanford S.

8. Hatsan Combo Spring Piston Air Rifle

Hatsan Combo Spring Piston Air Rifle

Highlight: Powerful, reliable, and perfect for staying stealthy while hitting targets with precision.

Supportive Review: This is a very large and heavy rifle, it would not be for kids. After installing a Leaper scope I was able to put three shoots inside a silver dollor sized target at 75′. I am not sure what the pull weight is but I am sure it’s in the fifty to sixty pound range. This is a hunting rifle, do not buy it for plinking.

I shot the rifle 20 time and I thought my arm was going to fall off, not from the kick, which it has (alot more than my 22mag and 17hmr) but from the single pump of the rifle. This is a small game destroyer. The sound is a little loud about like shooting a 22 short, but not as loud as a 22 long rifle shot from a rifle. Fit and finish is high quility, you will also need a large case to store it in, I am using a 52″ hardcase and it just fits. Hope this helps, -Sean P.

9. Hatsan Jet II PCP Carbine Air Rifle

Hatsan Jet II PCP Carbine Air Rifle

Highlight: Effortless power and pinpoint accuracy make the Hatsan Jet II PCP Carbine perfect for staying stealthy and on target.

Supportive Review: This Lil baby packs a punch!! And the Extra tank is a Plus also.. get more shots per fill is great when out in the field, not having to carry around an extra fill tank. I Put an Awesome red dot on it, and it’s super accurate, but do yourself a Huge favor and get a moderator for it as it’s not at all quiet.

That being said the length of the barrel has a big roll in the DB’s this baby has.. It’s actually lighter than I thought it would be. Feels good in the hand, the trigger could be better, but then again it’s not a $600 pistol/carbine… I would buy this again, for sure!! -Michael

10. Hatsan Mod 95 Vortex QE Combo Air Rifle

Hatsan Mod 95 Vortex QE Combo Air Rifle

Highlight: Powerful, precise, and whisper-quiet—perfect for staying stealthy on every hunt.

Supportive Review: I’m 30 and i got my first air rifle at 7 yrs. old and I’ve owned and used many others, and I must say! This is by far the best air rifle I’ve ever owned! The construction and design are beautiful, it feels looks and shoots like a real gun.

The weight is true to a real gun. The recoil is absolute! It is hard to cock back every time you reload it, in which it holds just 1 pellet which is the only fault i can find. You should know how to use an air rifle or a normal rifle. It takes alot of effort to cock back, but once you do it the 1st time it gets easier the more you break the gun in naturally. This gun is very powerful! Strictly adults or adult supervision is highly advised as this is certainly not a toy. Overall this is a very nice and very powerful air rifle that I would recommend over any other air rifle! -MGyogi
