It’s not hard to load and the spring locks so you can put bb in it. I called customer service with a question and got a live person quickly. He answered the question and said if I needed anything call back .
My gun works fine . I don’t use it every day but when I do it’s a blast on fully automatic. I mean fast. For me I’m glad I got this gun at this price.. i don’t know why people are saying everything bad about it but it’s not like that with my gun. I’ll update if anything comes up.. by the way I shot a fence and the bb get there really quick. I don’t want to kill anything or do boring target practice..i just like pulling the trigger and unloading 18 rounds in a couple seconds if that long. Oiling the gun makes it better. UPDATE. Trending Review: Gun is well made. Almost identical to real 9mm gun… all metal except grip. SEE PHOTO. I weighed both… almost identical weight. Blindedfolded no one could tell apart. Teardown is identical… recoil spring… barrel removal. Magazine with CO2 cartridge is actually more sophisticated than 9mm magazine. Slide operates identically, only with about 1/4 the slide recoil force as 9mm. Inexpensive to practice. Practically noise free and a great way to sharpen skills before returning to target range with 9mm. Operates consistently at 20 feet, though one bead low. BB ammo is fairly slow reloading. Reassuring Review: Its great. Every detail from decocker, half cocked, safety, DA/SA trigger, drip free magazine. I did have the issue with the safety but was able to fix it by pulling outward the little spring beneath the piece right grip which pulls the lever clear from engaging when it shouldnt. I was led to that as the cause when noticed the safety issue only ever manifested when I would
unconacously pull right on the trigger.If bbn I did the opposite and pushed the trigger left while pulling it, then the safety problem wouldnt occurar. Anyway, the safety issue is fixable if you’re good at analyzing and fuxing stuff. Constructive Review: Everything about this product is amazing. Down to every detail possible, this Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 is worth every penny! Blowback is incredible along with the weight of the Glock. Loading the CO2 into the magazine can be a challenge so make sure to take it slow to ensure not to cross thread.
Arrived on time, packaging was a little beaten up due to not being in a box, but was double plastic bagged. Glock was fine but plastic holding it was broken into pieces. Made it easier opening though so who am I to complain.

Trending Review: After listening to the reviews that were negative from everything where the barrel is loose to BBs falling out to the gas leaking too quickly I will have to say none of these things happen for me. This is the first day of Christmas Day and all three of my kids have fired off three full clips each so we have fired a gun many times already and so far the only minor issue might be the amount of travel in the trigger but I just compensated it by telling the kids to pull up the slack until the trigger gets stiff and then pinch the last eighth of an inch to fire the gun and everything worked perfectly. -SmythRadio
Reassuring Review: I’ve had one of these things for almost two months now and have had almost no issues with it. i highly recommend this if you want a realistic blowback co2 pistol. you can take it apart like a real glock and even buy aftermarket parts like a threaded barrel and whatnot. the only thing i dislike about this gun is the co2 cartridges only last two mag fills, after the second time refilling the mag you’re better off replacing the co2 cartridge but it shoots at a decent FPS even on the second refill. its definitely not the most accurate even with full co2 but most blowback bb guns aren’t, its still a lot of fun.
Also, keep it lubricated, if it doesn’t have some of lubrication in it, the slide will kind of lock up and stick to the bottom half when you go to release it. id recommend silicone to protect the rubber gaskets but if all you have is wd-40, sometimes you gotta make do with what you got. also the threads for the bottom of the mag where the co2 goes on the gen 4 model is a little stupid it took me 20 minutes to get it back in, you have to screw it in at an angle its hard to describe but use the allen key that comes with it you literally cannot do it by hand. and dont double cock it. when you cock the slide it chambers a bb into the barrel so if you cock it again you will jam it with 2 bbs. -Steve
3. Crosman SNR357 Snub Nose Air Pistol Revolver

Constructive Review: This is a heavy all metal air gun. Similar in style to the snubnose 38, but i have not seen a real one. I am assuming they might be a little smaller. It seems to be more accurate with pellets than BBs. At 35 feet I was hitting within an 8 inch diameter target. It seemed to shoot a little high and to the left, with only one bullseye, but that may very well have been my aim.
I found the casings fit the Legends Cowboy Lever Action air rifle, and since I had purchased the Colt revolver casings they are interchangeable.
However, my only complaint is with the slide safety/cylinder release. When I took the gun out of the plastic confinement, I went to open the cylinder and found I could not move the slide from safety no matter how hard I pushed on the button. Almost giving up, I took a rubber mallet to it and forced it lose. Unfortunately, each time I put it on safety I have to repeat the process of getting it free.
Updating this to say that I did contact Crosman and the support was helpful, but they are aware of the problem, which it seems manufacturing has created a burr on the slide, which will make it difficult to use the safety. The problem will be fixed on future productions. Good Quality control would have caught the problem before it was sold to consumers. Crosman’s recommendation is to remove the screw holding the safety button and then work the slider repeatedly to remove the burr. They suggested a piece of wood to hit the slider so as not to scratch the finish or in my case a rubber mallet. But otherwise I am happy with the gun and for the price would recommend it.
I do want to point out that I fired 42 shots and still had plenty of air left, so you might be able to get from 80 – 100 shots from a single CO2 cylinder. -Ebastro

First of all I tried it with bbs and bbs are just bbs, they suck no matter what you shoot them out of.With regular lead pellets it’s still pretty impressive they hit pretty hard.
I already knew when I purchased this that there was a modification that could be done to greatly increase the power output which was partly why I purchased it. As well as there’s no restriction on the length of the pallets you can use in this particular pistol compared to all the other ones the people are crying about because they bought these special pellets and can’t use them in their gun. I’m talking about the crosman LF1754 lead free superfast pellets with the red sabbot jacket. These WILL work fine in this revolver.If you’re looking for a nice little six shot snub nose revolver that can really put a pellet out there just shy of 700 ft per second after modification then this is the one you want.

Reassuring Review: The quality and the way this is easy to use handles well and looks like an AMAZING REPLICA. The pistol grip was loose but electric tape solved that and blending the same color paint to cover ther warning and labels. Stick a 6nk 4.5mm blanks and the spark and incredibly loud noise will control a situation in self defense with no harm. I have 500$ replica revolvers and only a few are almost as good, I swear when I baught this for 49.00$, trust me my family in law enforcement have made the same opinion too this is better then any other revolver that is Co2 powered DONT USE GAS it is half the power of a Co2 cartridge.
Also, be careful what I told you because this can look so real with just a grey/black paint pen and a silver metallic paint pen for the ring around the barrel it looks too real please be responsible police don’t care if it’s empty or if its just a plastic mold that looks real they wont give you a fair chance or freedom. Constructive Review: Excellent weapon. Right out of the plastic blister container I was impressed with the very accurate look, weight size and feel of a true Colt defender. Ease of loading the built in mag-rail and CO2 slot with the grips slid aft. Pressing the true weapon mag release button releases the grips to slide open, snap closed with a solid lock. Safety is accurate to the real weapon and quickly snaps fwd or aft. From the moment I commenced firing at the box it was shipped in, I knew I was having too much fun. 16 BBs gone in (way less than) 60 seconds….grouping on a duct tape center hole sharpie circle at 10 feet was all in, first time out.
As far as varmint dispatching, the plastic trash can behind the target had several holes from the 10’ range. Here in S FL there are numerous threats to my hunting dog, most notable are cane toads which secrete a fatal poison from their skin. 3 shots at close range made short work of a large one this morning. We also have large swamp rats that I haven’t tested yet but will I’m sure soon enough. Water moccasins are another threat and the quiet nature of this pistol makes it perfect for these backyard pests. Overall I’m very pleased and look forward to putting a lot of BBs down range.

Trending Review: I got this pistol as a training aid for teaching my wife to be a decent pistol shooter, since I didn’t want to flush a lot of expensive .40 cal ammo through my Glock, and this BB pistol can be used without alarming the neighbors. My wife loves the thing and I’m quite impressed with it. As an experienced police pistol instructor and range master, I’m not all that easy to impress, either. This pistol is a great value. It has good muzzle velocity (~450fps), a solid feel with proper heft and balance in the hand, it’s reasonably accurate and consistent for plinking, and it seems fairly robustly put together. The plastic grips initially felt a bit wimpy to me but haven’t had any issues in several months of use, so I guess they’re plenty adequate. We’ve run a thousand or more BB’s through ours and it has never malfunctioned in any way. It is also surprisingly thrifty as far as CO2 consumption goes. I’ve left a cartridge in it for weeks at a time and never had one lose pressure from leakage.
The only real issue I have with this pistol is the appearance – it is simply TOO realistic-looking in every way and I have serious concerns that some fool kid is going to wave one around at the wrong time and get dropped by a police officer who can’t distinguish this from a real Colt Commander firearm. (Thirty years ago I very nearly shot a damfool college kid who pulled a replica pistol on me when I was off-duty one day – it was only good luck that kept him from dying for his stupidity and me from having to live with his death on my conscience.) I understand the desire to have a “cool” looking BB pistol, I just think they probably ought to be required to come with a red muzzle as is done with toy guns. Yeah, not as cool-looking as an accurate replica, but definitely safer for all concerned. If you decide to get one of these, PLEASE keep that in mind and be safe! -Richard Waugh
Reassuring Review: My boyfriend and I had both ordered different airsoft style guns to shoot off in our local woods together, this is the one I had gotten myself. I guess someone had seen us and reported us to the local PD saying we were “shooting the wildlife” when we were only shooting trees. The cops came out and asked us to stop, the confiscated our “guns” but when doing that they actually complimented how realistic looking they were and how it felt realistic weight-wise.
I WOULD recommend to others, but I would also definitely make sure they know to be more careful than us with them lmao.

Constructive Review: let me start with saying I am a certified pistol instructor and range safety officer. I work full time as a patrol officer and have been shooting all types of firearms for a long time. These are great. I purchased one to help a new adult pistol shooter grasp the concepts of safety and pretty much had the intention of settling for any shortcomings involving the consistency of the characteristics of actually shooting. Well, this thing turned out to be an awesome tool to teach with and have fun with. Not only is it about as safe as something dangerous can get without being an airoft gun, but it can provide enough consistency shooting to reinforce the basic concepts of pistol handling.
It fits into a blackhawk serpa holster for smith and wesson m&p series pistols allowing it to be further utilized as a training aid in holster discipline. The sights are legit and can be trusted to properly represent what a real pistol is going to look like while aiming. Out to about 10 yards, this thing provides trustworthy feedback in trigger critique. I could go on and on. Long story short, I have two now, my nephews have learned on these, and I have several extra magazine, have shot over 6000 bb’s through them and they have provided days on end of great active fun, excellent learning opportunities, and low cost practice of grip, sight picture and sight alignment, and proper safety protocol in a very affordable and safe manner. -Intellistan
Trending Review: I love the pistol. The sights are great, i especially love the green glowing sight. The handle and slide out for inserting CO2, if you put too much pull, it can pop off, which is a feature in case you need to have more hand movement on the screw for the CO2 capsule. Build quality is great, ergonomic and beginner friendly. Magazine is easy to load, and is a slim stick type of magazine (due to the handle). The safety on the right side is an issue. You cant really put this in a designated holster for the same handgun. So I recommend flexible or fabric based holsters.
The slide does not rack back. The packaging is that evil sharp plastic, get a scissor or razor based knife ready. Comes with a manual (recommend reading it all before handling) and the pistol with magazine. Its also a great training gun, since its realistic enough to use for the 4 rules on firearms. I recommend this airgun, but I will warn you that this is NOT A TOY. Respect this airgun as if it was a real firearm. Thank you Umarex, and I will be buying from you guys again! -Tim
Reassuring Review: I bought this for my wife and I to economically work on the mechanics of aiming and breath control in our back yard rather than going to the Range. It is a realistic design from a form/fit standpoint. Granted it does not have the same recoil as a rim or center fire firearm but it has already paid for itself by saving the cost of ammunition. The Women’s Shooting Club my wife belongs too is now using this to evaluate first time shooters that show up regularly looking to learn how to shoot with no prior experience. Note, this is not toy, it is still a dangerous weapon but it is slightly less dangerous than say a 22, 380 or 45 caliber hand gun. -John S

Constructive Review: I bought the “2-pack” as others did, and only received one. Amazon sent me another to make up for it, but now I think it was a misunderstanding. Understanding and they meant…one was the gun and two was the magazine…maybe? Anyway, I am pleased with this BB gun. It is very reliable as long as you always add one drop of Pellgun oil to the tip of the CO2 cylinder as you load it in. Mine keeps its pressure for months! I use it to scare away blue herons from our pond as they eat all the fish.
I don’t want to kill them with a real gun or hurt them…just scare them, so I aim off to the side. And after a couple of shots, they take off and leave. Job done! The pistol seems pretty accurate and very reliable. When you remove the magazine, one BB will always fall out, as it was loaded and ready to shoot. I have not had any problems loading the magazine or any magazine reliability issues either. There is a quick way to load a magazine if you search YouTube, although I don’t mind loading it slowly either. OK, that’s about it. Great little gun! -James
Trending Review: So I wasn’t expecting much after recently purchasing the HDR 50 revolver, 11 Jules. I figured this little gun would have no power, but might be fun to plink with. Boy was I wrong!! I do not suggest doing this at home, but…my friends thought this wouldn’t hurt anything, and compared it to a basic spring-action gun. I agreed to let someone shoot me with this. Stupid, stupid, stupid!! From about 15-20 feet away, this gun shot a steel BB, which hurt pretty good, left an indentation, and bled. I definitely would not have wanted to be hit with any more BBs.
I will keep the HDR 50 revolver in my safe for home protection, but I wear this at work because I’m a groundskeeper and there are always stray dogs running around, and I’ve had one aggressively charge me before. I hope I never have to use this for that purpose, but I now know firsthand that this CO2-powered gun packs a punch.
The CO2 piercing mechanism is a bit challenging. It seems to let out a lot of CO2 when pierced. The turn knob is pretty flimsy. Do not have the magazine in when trying to activate the CO2 cartridge, as there is barely any room to turn the plastic piercing piece. When you take out the magazine before shooting all of the BBs, one BB will always fall out of the bottom. Not a big deal, just remember that. The gun feels good in your hands and looks just like a 9mm. I’m very happy with this purchase. -Court

Constructive Review: I’ll start with the “didn’t likes”… because there is only one dislike. Its ability to site accurately is not precise, nor is it consistent. BUT, in its defense, it is powered by CO2, and it is only a BB gun. With my target at 20 yards, the shots are consistently “off” about 1″… in any direction. It’s inconsistent. I’m ok with that. It’s not my “protection firearm”, therefore its accuracy isn’t ‘life or death’ for me.
As for the likes, I like everything about it. There are SOOO many likes. This Big Ol’ Revolver is the funnest “toy gun” I’ve ever shot. (“toy gun” meaning BB guns and pellet guns). But, NO guns should be treated as toys… EVER.
Anyway, it’s fun for plinking and keeping my yard free of wire chewing varmints… and it looks SO cool doing it!!
I’ve shot maybe 50 BBs so far, and this gun hasn’t missed a single BB. Usually, with BB guns, there is the occasional “blank POOF”… but not with this one! Every shot puts a BB out there. (However, when loading the magazines, you need to be certain not to ‘stuff’ the BBs too tightly into the magazine holes. Just lightly enough so the magazine slid back into the revolver area.
I prefer revolvers over “in-hand magazine” loaders. This one is PERFECT for me. If you like revolvers too, this choice is a no-brainer. I love this little gun, and the price is SO worth it. -Lavon
Trending Review: This quickly becomes one of my favorite air pistols. There’s just something about the styling of a tactical revolver with an uncharacteristic design that doesn’t look like any existing firearm. Combined with an efficient CO2 system clever magazine system, oh, yes, I know it’s a revolver. And single and double action combined with a package that has a decent weight to it, although the entire pistol shell is composed of polymer or at least fiber reinforced, then give me tactical rails on the top and bottom, and then a price tag of under $40 and an FPS of over 300. That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you make an air pistol that’s going to sell. I’ve been using it for about two months now, both indoors and out in the cold weather and the warm weather. The performance has been flawless, not a single leak, not a single jam, although I’m not sure how it could jam with its disc magazine system, very similar to how the Crosman 357 air pistols worked. Still, this does not have the break barrel that was so distasteful to me.
The only revolver that should have a break barrel is either a Schofield or a Webley, and a .357 is neither. This particular pistol uses the disc magazine system, but you slide it into a slot, and it is held in place with a retaining rod that is spring-loaded. Pretty ingenious. Now I’m hearing that they are making an airsoft version of this, something along the lines of something called Elite Force, but for some reason, it is more expensive. I guess if you put an orange tip and a barrel for a 6 mm BB made of plastic, you can charge more. However, the one I’m waiting for is the HRT 50, which is a home defense version of this same pistol. Same size but missing the hammer.
A very innovative storage system for the CO2, I won’t ruin it for you here, but look it up, it’s worth it. However, it’s going to fire 50 caliber paintballs, pepper balls, and sting rounds. This will be good for those on the paintball field as it will have the same type of drop-in rotary magazine. If you’re looking for something that is cool, intimidating-looking, and has enough weight to it to consider training with it, this will fit the bill. And since it’s so inexpensive, you won’t worry about being rough with it, but trust me, it will take the punishment. And then come back for more. -Christopher Petterson
Reassuring Review: This BB gun is a real bargain for the price. The magazines that hold 10 rounds are easy to load (three included). The accuracy is very good up to about 25 feet. The trigger pull is good, and being able to fire it single or double action is a nice bonus. I’ve fired it several hundred times without an issue. Constructive Review: I had recently purchased another brand of BB gun. It was not a CO2-powered pistol, but I figured, well, it should suffice for what I needed it for. I got it, and it was terrible. Wouldn’t shoot straight for nothing. No power and very disappointing. So I came back to good old Amazon and searched for something better. Tada!!
I saw this, and well, the brand name is well. I own several non-BB gun items by this company. I got this a few days ago and was excited. All I had to do was wait for my CO2 to come in. Welp, it’s the weekend,d and I decided time to give her a try. Walked out on the old front porch, loaded the CO2 into the handle. Heard that little puff of air and knew it was time to get to shooting.
As soon as I popped that safety back and gently squeezed the trigger, bam. That sucker shot true and straight, and with a bit more power than I was xpetin. Pop, pop, pop, pop, fired off all 19 rounds of them broze little suckers. Hit my target every dang time. It shoots like a gun should, it’s straight, and it has some kick to it. Dang near thought I had my 22 in my paws for a quick minute. And those little CO2 things will last a good bit. I shot dang near 6 it 7 times and it still had air. Trending Review: This thing is a tack driver compared to many other Co2 pistols. Sub 1″ groups at 8 yards rested. I don’t have a chronograph, but I’m confident that it shoots between 460fps and 480fps. Amazingly enough, I’m getting up to 140 shots from a cylinder of Co2 in 30 degree F temperature. I sent the Umarex M&P40 blow-back version back. The blow-back version was a pita to gas and load and It’s accuracy, power and shot count was absolutely dismal compared to this one.
The only things I’d like to see added to this are an authentic replica thumb safety and a drop-safety trigger blade like the blow-back version has. The thumb safety would make it closer to practicing with the real M&Ps with thumb safeties. I was so impressed with this at its low/mid $30 price range that I bought a second one for back-up. Extra mags are inexpensive. Some of the crosman mags are identical and are even less expensive. You can pick up the steel M&P mags for $16.99 per 2-pack and the steel crosman mags can be had for $10.99 per 2-pack. I just don’t see the appeal of blow-back other than the last-shot hold-open and the single action trigger. As others, including Umarex, have said, this is one of the best double action triggers I’ve ever had. This gun is the winner among all the guns I’ve tried in this price range. -Elio Amazed
Reassuring Review: Looks JUST like the actual pistol. My dad and I both tried cocking it on the top and were fighting w it before we realised it doesnt cock lmao then we tries releasing the clip thinking the entire bottom would come out then we felt stupid when only the tiny bb clip came out. Fooled us both with how realistic it looks. Has some weight to it, but the actual pistol is heavier. This gun is the best for practicing and teaches you how to get your aim good and all of that. Very happy with this purchase. The BBs don’t come with the gun. My suggestion is for a first timer, play with the gun first and learn it and get the aim, and practice pulling the trigger without the BBs in it before purchasing/loading the BBs into it to avoid accidents while learning. -Blanca Lopez

Constructive Review: Seems like a sturdy little shooter. It has decent weight and is pretty accurate for non-adjustable sights. Fits well in my hands. I’ve put about 100 or so BBs through it so far, and it’s great fun, especially for the price! I originally got this to plink at some stray cats that keep spraying on our stuff around the house (which prompts my cat to spray INSIDE the house). Now, before everyone gets up in arms, this was before I realized the power that this thing packs. Back when I was younger, the cheaper plinkers would leave a welt, and I have used them to discourage all sorts of pesky critters, from coons, to cats, to dogs. We used to have BB gun wars as a kids with these things, and the worst any of us got hurt was taking one to the privates. Things have changed a bit from my younger days it seems. This will easily embed a BB into soft wood at 30+ feet, so definitely not something I would recommend using as a non-lethal deterrent. So, back to my original plan of using cage traps and a bit of water, which my wife and kids vetoed for “being too cruel to the poor kitties”
The only thing I would change is the trigger pull. It would be nice to have an adjustable or just a lighter trigger. You have to put a fair amount of pull into the trigger, which makes it hard to squeeze. One of the great things about BB guns is that with the proper backing, shooting in the backyard of a neighborhood isn’t an issue, so it’s great for some fire safety for the kids. My youngest has a bit of an issue with the pull weight, which throws off her aim. But that’s alright. We hit the range often enough that I’m not worried about her picking up bad habits from shooting the BB gun… and for the price, I really can not complain. -James Roberts
Trending Review: Very nice grip, and perfect size for comfort and control. It is by far the closest replica I have in my collection. The power is for me, so far, a 7 out of 10. Maybe the .50 cal bullets I’m trying to shove into the clip, but so far, so good. Just wish I didn’t have to load it in from the front of the barrel, and every time I think it’s in, I stare down there and click…nothing. But I’m feeling pretty sure I’ll see it fire away, and of course, safety first, guys. I’ll move before it comes out because I don’t want a hole in my face. SIKE! But no really, why it’s a great gun.
Feel, look, power (don’t we all wish our guns had more power, no matter the Caliber), accuracy is pretty great, and again, the comfort and grip of this, plus the ease of “safety off”, makes for a very very quick shot on the spot. The clip is a bonus as it fits like a glove. I’ll be ordering more clips for sure. ALSO THE CO2 compartment is pretty slick and secure. Again, just all around a very nice gun whether for certain types of protection, recreation or practice for what it replicates… Hats off guys. Great job on this. (And people…wear eye protection if there’s a chance of shooting close range. Duh…yes but, SOME peoples girlfriends have horrific aim and don’t know a knife from a trigger…) -Jeff Garner
Reassuring Review: I can’t believe this gun holds its pressure even 3 months after inserting a new CO2 capsule. I seems to be willing to fire up to 20 rounds per capsule before you notice a falling off of BB velocity. I am VERY pleased with this gun. It is an effective deterrent for a would-be attacker. BBs come out fast enough to HURT anyone through their clothes, coming at you. Since you can rapid fire, even if they charge you, they will probably stop and run away for fear of catching a BB in the face. But I would still always have an ankle holster’d real gun on hand, in case they are high on meth or drunk and are big enough to ignore the BB’s. -Francis Kuhlman
