1. Sig Sauer P320 M17 Air Pistol

Sig Sauer P320 M17 Air Pistol

Highlight: Realistic replica of the U.S. Army’s M17, the Sig Sauer P320 delivers authentic blowback action and precision performance.

Constructive Review: Great pistol with good grip feel, and weight and balance (suppose to replicate the real M17). Mag is really nice with lever for loading CO2 (no tool required!) and holds separate 20 round .177 pellets in rotary mag (buy extra rotary mags!). Trigger pull is clunky because of the rotary mag, so place drops of oil (pelletgunoil) in rotary mag (rotate mag many times as you go) and oil on trigger assembly and slide. That smoothed out the pull quite a bit! The pistol isn’t a full blow back; slide goes 1/4 to 1/2 back but still gives you somewhat the feel of the real thing (it was cold the day I was shooting). Power was on par with other CO2 pistols and accuracy was pretty good using a red dot sight, but I’m not a very good shot with a pistol either. -Rachelle Connell

Trending Review: This thing is a whole lot of fun. It feels solid in your hands. The blowback is well done and gives you something to consider when blowing through magazines.

The magazines, by the way, are perfectly done. Easy to remove and load, 20 rd capacity, and it just plain works. I’ve put about 500 rounds in and have yet to have a single jam (USE ROUNDED PELLETS – anything long and pointy will get stuck.

Good accuracy, sufficient FPS for plinking and target practice, and about 50 rounds per CO2 cartridge (which is very good considering the blowback). Also, the FPS won’t drop off noticeably until the very end. The first 40+ shots felt just as powerful as the first.

Killer looks and modern style. The pica tinny rail allows you to add laser or flashlight to the bottom rail. You can also get an adapter to add a top rail, giving you access to reflex and red dot sights (this is well worth it).

Overall, a very fun gun that performs well and is great for practicing and learning what the real thing is like. Sig Sauer is a great company that makes killer stuff. -Erik

Reassuring Review: The engineering that went into this for all purposes of using it as an extraordinarily fun plinking air gun is superb. I recommend adding this to your collection. The accuracy and power will be a slight let down. If only this thing was designed to be hitting 30yd targets at 600fps! This air gun does not do that. It serves as a way to familiarize yourself with the 9mm m17. Great feel for big hands. -Mike Hunt

2. Sig Sauer Proforce 6mm Airsoft Pistol

Sig Sauer Proforce 6mm Airsoft Pistol

Highlight: Realistic blowback action and full-metal construction make the Sig Sauer Proforce 6mm perfect for tactical training and airsoft enthusiasts.

Constructive Review: Wish there was a sixth star, this fully licensed replica is the coolest Airsoft pistol I’ve used so far, it has a very light trigger pull and is very snappy with not much recoil; However, you will know when your co2 is running out because all of a sudden the gun fires really sluggish and dies completely in 2 shots. And the extended mag just looks so cool! There are so many cool things about this gun I highly recommend it
A side note is that if you are using a pistol light with two rails it is best to use the 1913 or 1911rail as the Glock rail is two long and awkward to use comfortably. Jeorge

Trending Review: This gun is excellent, built just like the real thing nice weight and feel and shoots accurate right out of the box!!! I’ve had it for four or five months now and shot it a few hundred times and it a terrific made pistol. This Sig is definitely a must have if your a serious airsoft player or like shooting them because of the in depth accuracy of this pistol it’s simply beautiful and hasn’t gave me any problems the magazine is excellent and keeps the green gas in it and I can shoot about 3 full clips. A great gun all the way around five stars!! -Peterson

Reassuring Review: The SigSauer airsoft M17 pistol is exceptional! It boasts impressive accuracy, a solid feel, and realistic blowback action that enhances the overall experience. The build quality is top-notch, with meticulous attention to detail that mirrors the real M17. The ergonomics are spot-on, providing a comfortable grip and smooth operation. This pistol has quickly become a favorite in my airsoft arsenal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and high-performance sidearm! -Kellin Ronquille

3. SIG SAUER P226 MK-25 Pellet Pistol

SIG SAUER P226 MK 25 Pellet Pistol

Highlight: Authentic Navy SEAL replica with full-metal construction and blowback action for realistic training and target shooting.

Constructive Review: The fastest system for loading co2 in an air pistol, if you need for self defence, there is no better option. Hard to conseal but accurate as needed with in about 30-50 feet. This gun hates the cheap daisy pointed pellets, 4 got jammed in the barrel, had to shoot bb’s behind them, took about 2 co2 cartrages full to clear it. I now use gammo tomahawks as main defense, the crossman destroyers as backup(practice) and crossman hollow points for accuracy shooting. Added a green laser to the rails & didn’t have to calibrate it. Everyone who has touched it says the weight is perfectly matching the original. It’s all metal, no plastic except grips, so its heavy! Once I got used to the weight I fell in love. I’m a Glock guy but Sig had my attention now. Researched this one hard before purchase, and all other for speed of loading co2 and pellets, this one is by far the best. This is not a toy, can break thru plastic, cans, small animal bone, and lots more. Pellets bounce off harder objects but will dent, scratch or stick in targets depending. Apples or peaches give you a good view of ballistic damage for cheap. It’s made for pellets only and if you looking for the closest to the real thing, this is it as far as function, speed of loading ammo and co2, and look & feel. -Davis-Bey

Trending Review: Hoo boy, this is a fun gun.

As I mentioned in another review, my caveat is that I don’t own firearms, but have used many. I have not owned a SIG but have handled the real 9mm version, and it’s completely spot on.
If you’ve been keeping score, this isn’t a licensed replica from an airsoft company (like the KWC P226 X-Five, not to be confused with the X-Five ASP), but an actual SIG Sauer gun designed by them in the US and produced in Japan, sold, warranted and serviced by SIG. They’ve been ramping up their homegrown airgun line under the Advanced Sport Pellet brand–as they put it, “it shoots like a SIG because it is a SIG.” This particular model is based on the 226 issued to the US Navy SEALS, hence the anchor on the barrel.

Fit, finish and appearance:
A friend of mine has a 226, and there’s very little difference at first glance. First, owing to the nature of an airgun, there’s a few omitted functions. The slide lock is non-functional and the ejection port is molded in. Other airguns, like my KWC 1911, feature these and field-stripping capability, but SIG decided these are superfluous to the operation, though included them for visual accuracy. It’s a ding for accuracy to the prototype, and makes for a bit of a pain checking if a round is chambered, but does not detract from operation. The exterior is painted rather than blued with a flat (not matte) black, and markings/logos/warnings are molded in rather than etched or screen printed. The finish is paint, but looks very close to SIG’s Nitron finish—just don’t scratch it.

Where it lacks in these small details is makes up in just how tight the construction is. The gun is full-metal with blowback and a good kick. Report is LOUD and there’s a flash of CO2 vapor from the muzzle when fired. The slide doesn’t return as far back as the aforementioned 1911, but has enough recoil that you feel it. Remember, this is intended as a high-end training pistol. The barrel has a threaded extension and cap for a mock-silencer, which Pyramyd sells but Amazon and SIG don’t as a kit. Still, it adds some realism.
The weight is heavy, within ounces of the 9mm prototype, even with the plastic mags. Slide and barrel, at least on my model, are very tight; I know earlier pieces when this first came out had quite a bit of slop. The grips are plastic with a big “P226” banner on them and should be replaceable with aftermarket versions.

Accuracy and Velocity:
It’s worth mentioning that this is a pellet pistol, which opens you up to a lot more ammo options than a run of the mill BB gun. The mags do accept BBs, have a marking indicating so, and a retaining magnet for loading them, but it’s highly discouraged with the rifled barrel. You’ll lose a lot of accuracy and tear up the barrel, so suck it up and buy some lead or alloy pellets to try out. The original stated velocity was 500+ FPS, but after independent testing they brought it down to around 450, but that’s still only with the lightest aluminum pellets. It seems to like ones in the 5-6gr range.
At 15′, it’s dead-on. Further than that, there’s some drop of POI, depending on pellet weight. Sadly, the sights, though drilled with white dots, are plastic and don’t readily appear to be replaceable or adjustable; you’ll have to go for the X-Five ASP for that. They’re otherwise serviceable for quick sighting if you aim up a bit at longer distances. Windage is pretty much spot-on. There’s an under barrel accessory rail and I mounted the IMI Defense bridge mount (a SIG copy, down to the logo) and red-dot sight and getting good results. It’s far from a competition pistol, but far, far more than just a replica firearm that goes bang. Shoot slow and it will reward you at the target range, or, shoot as fast as your finger can go and blast those soda cans away.

At 10m I’ve gotten best results with H&N Field Target Green and and Crosman Destoyers so far. It does load Gamo Raptors and Prometheus pellets.

Operation and handling:
The magazines are plastic 2×8 GAMO copies and leave something to be desired, considering the heft and finish of the weapon itself. Still, they work, and while they aren’t as innovative as SIG’s newer belt mags, 16rds total is nothing to scoff at. They’ll load BBs, as mentioned, and any standard pellet short of sabot and weird composite hunting rounds (which this really isn’t made for anyway).
There’s a lot of reviews out there lamenting the mags’ propensity to spring out and not stay seated. I thought I was lucky with mine having a nice firm grip on them, but after about 300 rounds, it happened. The problem appeared to be with the release button not returning fully, and a few drops of Pellgunoil solved it for now. Try that before returning your piece.
The CO2 loading is a real innovation here. Stick the cartridge in and slap the backstrap together and you’re ready to shoot. It takes a good amount of force and swiftness to close, or else you’ll lose a lot of gas. Getting them out is a bit of a challenge and I’ve resorted to holding the gun upside down and tapping the front strap, to the concern of my neighbors at the range.
The left-side safety also functions as a decocker, which is a nice safety feature common to the prototype. My local small-bore range doesn’t require chamber flags or the like for air pistols, but with propellant in the grip and no way to check the chamber state, it’s nice to know accidental discharge is highly unlikely.
The trigger action is peculiar and takes a little getting used to. It’s nominally DA/SA, but has a long throw and audible (but not tactile) click halfway through—that’s the magazine advancing. Pull through this or you’ll advance the mag without firing. Conversely, in rapid-firing, you must release the trigger fully, past the reset point. Otherwise, the pull is smooth and fairly light. You wouldn’t be able to tell dry firing, where it’s much jerkier.

In conclusion, this is an excellent machine, and probably the best you can get before heading into the $400 range, which is mostly populated with 10m target shooters. As something made by an actual firearms manufacturer, it’s the pinnacle of realism for both firearms training and all-round shooting fun. Compared to other repeating pistols in the ~$100 range, this is the best of the best, and I’m excited for what SIG comes out with in the future. If your tastes lean toward target and range shooting, definitely look into the X-Five ASP, which is the same gun with adjustable sights, modified trigger, and improved mag, but this one’s just as accurate and powerful. Shortly after I bought this, the X-Five was stocked again and I had a pang of regret—that quickly dissipated after shooting it. -IM

Reassuring Review: This is my second airgun. My first was a Crosman revolver, which is extremely accurate! Handguns are my favorite, and I wanted to buy one that looked modern and was built well with as many metal parts as possible. This did the job! The only pastic parts are the grips on either side of the handle, and the magazine (which is slightly disappointing, but not at all a deal breaker.) It fires very well, considering I found pellets that sit flush when loaded. I took another reviewer’s advice on buying copper crosman domed pellets, and I’m glad I did. They sit flush and create a better seal than the cheaper pointed crosman pellets. As for other pellets/brands, I have yet to try them. The CO2 chamber’s design is ingenious! As a legitimate gun company, Sig Sauer knows what they are doing for sure. Overall, I am extremely happy and I recommend this model with five stars and a thumbs up!! -Tyler Exton

4. Sig Sauer 1911 We The People Air Pistol

Sig Sauer 1911 We The People Air Pistol

Highlight: Authentic “We The People” design with full-metal construction and blowback action for a realistic 1911 shooting experience.

Constructive Review: I would like to thank Amazon for delivering my package on time. Secondly, this Sig Sauer 1911 replica is very authentic for a bb gun.!!! Not bad for the price and i get three and a half rounds on one co2 cartridge. This a full blow back bb gun and the entire body of the BB gun is all metal besides very minor plastic parts. It has a nice weight to it just like a real.45 caliber. It shoots great and i can hit my targets 🎯 accurately. Great job Sig Sauer.!!! -David Ortiz

Trending Review: When I purchased this CO2 pistol, I had just started handling semi-auto pistols for the first time in my life. I was extremely nervous and awkward any time I’d handle a pistol at the gun store. Buying this look-alike, CO2 replica has been tremendously helpful! I keep it on my desk and often practice safe handling/safety checking while in (virtual) meetings.

This gun is well made! I haven’t had any issues with the finish, or performance. I am very impressed in how well it functions, both dry and under (CO2) power. The blow-back action works very well for two full magazine loads of bb’s. I especially appreciate how the slide will lock open once you’ve shot the last “round” from the magazine. Again, my focus with this gun has been on its realistic functional replication of the real deal. (Minus the wrist-jarring, police-being-called boom you get from the firearm version, of course.)

Is this super accurate or powerful? Uh, I doubt it. It is a CO2 bb gun after all. I didn’t buy this to show my local squirrels who’s boss or anything. I’d say it’s about as accurate and “powerful” as one could expect from this format.

I’d STRONGLY recommend buying this gun, or a gun like this, to teach gun safety and proper handling. -James Shaffer

Reassuring Review: The pistol feels really good in hand. I like the weight and how it feels in my hand. The mag doesn’t leak like what others said. And I didn’t have any jamming issue, at least not yet and hope it never will happen. The accuracy is very high from 24 feet away. I only had 3 outliers from one mag load of 17 rounds. I actually loaded 18 by miscounting so the first shot had 2 BB’s come out. One of the outliers could be from that. In any case, I love it so much that I want to get the real thing now lol. -Dailo

5. Sig Sauer P320 Air Pistol

Sig Sauer P320 Air Pistol

Highlight: Precision-engineered Sig Sauer P320 Air Pistol delivers realistic recoil and exceptional accuracy for an unmatched shooting experience.

Constructive Review: This is an amazing repli-gun. I come from a rural area, but now live in an urban area, and have found that I just don’t feel comfortable paying for range time when I’m used to just heading away from the house to get some practice in. This pellet gun gives a realistic feel, and provides more accuracy than my hand, so it’s great for training in the backyard in between range sessions. Great for getting down the details for an accurate quick-draw. -Paul V.

Trending Review: Realistic replica! Gun looks great & feels very similar in weight too the real firearm. Overall decent accuracy but, some pellets DEFINITELY work better than others. I’ve been getting up to 70 shots on just 1 CO2, standard 12grm cartridge/bottle. Don’t be afraid to add this P320 air pistol to your collection! -David Cunningham

Reassuring Review: I was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews concerning jams and jamming. But some of the other reviews that mentioned making sure you follow the recommended type of ammo you use were more important. I bought the recommended ammo type and weight and haven’t experienced any jamming at all. Additionally, loading the CO2 cartridge was so seamless I couldn’t even hear any of the gas being released, so wasn’t sure it was loaded properly until I took it outside and took a few shots. So really confident the cartridges won’t leak and will last a while even when not in use. -Errol K. Stewart

6. Sig Sauer P365 Air Pistol

Sig Sauer P365 Air Pistol

Highlight: Compact design meets powerful performance — the Sig Sauer P365 Air Pistol delivers precision and reliability in every shot.

Constructive Review: I got this for $76 so my expectations were so so but I own a P365 and the resemblance is spot on as is the feel. It is much lighter that the real version mostly because of the mag weight full of 9mm cartridges so don’t expect the heft but both guns being empty they weigh within ounces of each other. I first cleaned the barrel and got some black color on the patch. Don’t know if it’s lube or dirt but it never hurts to clean all new guns when you get them. I also put a drop of lube on the CO2 inlet port and on the white seal and also a dab on the end of the CO2 capsule for good measure. I then shot 150 rounds non stop without a mishap except my own fumbling of BB’s while loading the magazines. The BBs need to be loaded 1 at a time rather than a rapid loading port of some kind. This is tedious and it would be nice to have a funnel of some kind to facilitate loading. I may just do that by taking a straw of the right size and melt the end in a way that would only allow 1 BB to come out at a time, then it may make it easier but there is a little gate at the loading port that in the open position you can get BB’s in easier but just take your time with it and it gets easier each time. I am not sure if it’s the Crosman lube I used but I am not experiencing any of the issues that I been reading about. Many complained of the CO2 threaded base that holds the CO2 bottle and you have to be careful not to cross thread the threaded portion integrated into the magazine for it is relatively easy to do so the first few times but becomes less of an issue the more they are used so be ultra careful not to cross the threads or you will have to replace the magazine, not the gun, but just the magazine. I read earlier reviews that said the threads were stripped out and the gun was destroyed and unable to use but that must have been an older design and that can’t happen with this gun, but the magazine will be useless if you cross thread that threaded portion that goes into the bottom of the magazine.
The accuracy is 2 1/4” at 10 meters using Hornady black anodized BB’s. I would get an occasional flyer. The first couple clips were in the 5” range but as soon as I figured out the trigger, it went much better. The gun is much louder than I expected. I have several others that are not as loud as this one but it’s still backyard friendly.
The one thing I can say about it is they are identical to the real McCoy and as a training weapon it’s just simply a must have, especially with the rising cost of ammunition and also going to the gun range to shoot is not feasible or too far away. This is a guarantee that your shooting will improve because of the ability to train and shoot in the privacy of your back yard.

Pros: Accurate at 10 meters with 3” groups using both Hornady black anodized BB’s and also the silver ones that came with the pistol but I think they must be Sig brand. It has a very realistic feel and close to weight of my real P365 enpty. I got it for $76 and for a trainer, it’s a no brainer. It holds and carries like the real thing.
Things to watch: Those threaded inserts at the bottom of the clip that holds the CO2 capsule can cross thread very easily so be ultra careful of that. If it strips out by cross threading there is no fix but to buy another magazine for $20. It’s worth easily the $76 I paid but some are selling for $129 and that puts you into a whole different group of BB pistols at that price range. -Luca

Trending Review: This is my 100 round review, and although that isn’t many shots through this BB gun, it’s great for first impressions and I already have a good opinion on it.
My overall opinion is that you should only buy this if you own or thinking about owning a real Sig p365. The size of it is true which makes it great for practicing drawing from a holster and sight acquisition. However, if you just want a BB gun to shoot and plink around, get something else.

Pros: this thing looks identical to the actual p365 which makes it a great training tool for owners and potential owners. The trigger pull is nice, short and crisp making it very easy to shoot. I also appreciate the full size drop out mag. For a BB gun its size it’s nice to have.

Cons: honestly, there’s a lot I don’t like about this gun in terms of the way it shoots and performs as a BB gun. First, the accuracy is terrible. I’ve read accuracy improves over time and I hope that is true. I own a umarex glock 19 that I use for plinking and from 10 yards I can get about a 3in grouping. With the p365, the grouping is at least 6in. I’m not a great shooter, but I know I’m not that bad. I can actually see with good lighting the bb travel off line sometimes when I shoot it.
It also cannot hold CO2 very well, and this is my biggest complaint apart from the accuracy. After putting in a fresh canister of co2, I was able to get 3 mags (about 40 rounds) before it noticeably dropped. Even though there was gas left, there wasn’t enough to rack the slide all the way back to reset the gun to fire again. This caused a bunch of double feeds and by then you just need a new co2. It also cannot store co2 over a long period of time. I left an almost completely full canister over two days to see if it would hold. The first shot fired, and that was it. Literally all the gas was expelled on that first shot, there was a big cloud and the slide stayed back for almost half a second. So I cannot shoot one mag, let it sit, then come back to it a few days later to shoot again.

If Sig were to make some changes, I wished they would remove the blowback feature (even though it’s cool), allowing the gun to shoot more reliably and more rounds with one cartridge of co2. Also they need to find a way to make this thing shoot relatively straight.

Overall again, it’s great if you want to use it as a training tool if you own the real firearm. As much as I want to like it, I can’t recommend it to anyone who just wants a BB gun to plink around with. 5 stars just because I fit the category of someone who uses it to train. -Michael

Reassuring Review: What I like: I can practice safety, drawing and point shooting with this semi-auto and yes it is visually identical to the 9mm p365s (s = safety). Target acquisition is enhanced with a high visibility green dotted front sight very similar to the 9mm Tritium front sight. Power (~295 fps) is consistent through the first two mags and well into the third. Trigger is also consistent and closely copies the characteristics of the 9mm. The pistol has the same patented SIG accessory rail. Snappy blowback will teach you proper gripping – too loose = muzzle rise, bad hand placement has tendency for slide drag (can stop the gun from completing a cycle of the slide) or mild slide bite. Amazingly mag proportions is similar to the 9mm.

Worth Mentioning: Out of the box the gun seemed a little dry. I added PellgunOil lightly to the slide, breech, CO2 cartridge seal and the threads of the CO2 plug. My gun required several shooting sessions before an actual break-in occurred; once broken-in I can’t believe how accurate this pistol shoots at 4 yards. I can consistently hit a 6″ round target on the draw and can place shots basically onto each other with a free standing steady grip. For giggles at 20 yards I’m able to hit the target area with moderate elevation compensation. Pistol is slightly lighter the 9mm. This pistol has become my favorite woods plink’r, should the unexpected aluminum can appear it gets readily vented. I have run 15 CO2 cartridges through my pistol and not experienced any problems. Very happy with my purchase! -Vicky

7. Sig Sauer SIG1 MPX Spring Pistol

Sig Sauer SIG1 MPX Spring Pistol

Highlight: Powerful and reliable, the Sig Sauer SIG1 MPX Spring Pistol delivers consistent accuracy with easy-to-use spring action for backyard plinking.

Constructive Review: After buying a bunch of super cheap airguns as prop model references, I found that most of them were either super flimsy, miniaturized significantly smaller than the real versions (most with no mention of that) and was pretty disappointed overall, and I’m literally just using them as reference props…except the SIG stood out for multiple reasons. Firstly, 1:1 scale, beefy, looks real (aside from orange safety tip) and after disassembling it the plastic is twice as thick and reinforced as most airsoft guns. Same price range, way heavier plastic. It’s also not the same plastic. That super soft cheap slick waxy plastic everything else was made of (recycled ABS I’m assuming) is pretty brittle and easy to cut with a knife, whatever this stuff is, is so hard, it’s actually difficult to hand sand it just does not wear down with sand paper, it may be glass reinforced nylon like they use in real polymer guns, I don’t know, but it’s tough as hell. It’s tougher than the polymer Hi-Point uses in their real firing 9mm pistols. I wish I would have got the 2 pack with the pistol now, live and learn. This thing was by far the beefiest built of about 7 airsoft guns I got in the same low tier price range. -Rando Guitarist

Trending Review: Wow, most fun I had in the back yard in a long while. So yes, this is my first air soft set. I bought it for squirrels. I have a pellet gun but I don’t want to terminate them, just want to scare them. The pellet gun is 1200 fps which would be devastating. The Sig MPX is very realistic. Sights come up but are not adjustable. Not sure how good the bbs that come with it are, but that group was from about 8-9 yards. It is a small critter paper target so circles are small. Pistol is good too. Loading is a bit of a pain but that’s ok…can’t get much for 39 dollars nowadays but two air pistols? Wow.
As for the green bbs that come with, they are kind of junky and hard to aim with. Find an airsoft store and move up to the next weight which is .20grams. The green ones that come with the kit are .12grams. The heavier bbs are much better when it comes to aiming. I would not go more than 0.20 because you will lose a lot of range. Optimal range for these guns is 15-20 yards, for the MPX and about 7-10 yards for the pistol. Practice safety and wear some glasses. -Robert

Reassuring Review: Writing this review on behalf of my husband, i have been playing airsoft since 2006 so have had many airsoft rifles throughout that time both springers and aegs. This is a great little SMG style single shot airsoft rifle. A little difficult to cock the shot but that just means it has a strong spring so not a negative. Bought this to actually go on my customized zombie outbreak response team based wheelchair as I’m a huge fan of the game of airsoft though can’t play anymore at the moment because of a leg amputation. Working on figuring out a way to mount it to the chair because what zombie assault vehicle is complete without a good firearm. Body feels sturdy and well made, metal inner barrel, extendable stock, fold down iron sights. All in all I give it 5 stars for the price. Now a few negatives, charging handle is a bit difficult to pull but just proves the quality of the spring. Occasionally there are a couple of bbs that fall out when you remove the magazine but even high end AEGs have this happen occasionally so neither are a deal breaker. -Tiffani Cagle Wren
