Trending Review: Fast and accurate. Great for squirrels and other small game. Awesome to plink around at targets. My first scope the crosshairs kept turning more and more sideways after every shot. They sent me a new one no problem.

Make sure to tighten every screw for the scope and mounts. They come loose sometimes but ive learned to retighten every so often so i dont have to resight it. Shot thousands of pellets through it over the last year and a half to 2 years and and no problems yet except for the scope but that was a first day problem that was resolved.

2. Gamo Urban PCP Bolt Action Air Rifle

Gamo Urban PCP Bolt Action Air Rifle

Highlight: Gamo Urban PCP Bolt Action Air Rifle — sleek, quiet, and perfectly sized for backyards and small spaces, with smooth bolt action and consistent accuracy that makes every shot satisfying.

Helpful Review: Super fast shipping, received the rifle very well packaged . One magazine and fill probe. Had some issues when trying to fill it up the reservoir with my hand pump the air was leaking. After several tries decided to consult YT for the issue. Someone suggested to check for the o-rings in the probe and surprise the probe came a couple of spare of the o-rings.

I replaced both and immediately started pumping in. Seems like this is an issue that Gamo it’s aware of that and included the spares. Installed a 4 -16 x 44 with illumination and I haven’t try yet in full just a couple shots testing. I was expecting a longer barrel basically it’s the same size of the Gamo Arrow.

I love the ergonomic grip handle of all the Gamo’s rifles I own several Gamo rifle and every single one of them had that distinctive grip. This is my second PCP air rifle and for the price I think that I made a good decision. I wish that Gamo make a universal magazine, I found very expensive to have different magazines for each rifle, and these ones are not cheap at all.

I will setup the trigger as I always do to every single one of my rifles, All Gamo rifles uses the same m3 x10 to adjust the trigger more lightly, if you don’t know how to do this then please don’t do it, that’s the reason why the manufacturers use the m3 x 7. This had been an excellent addition to my collection of rifles I just needed to have it and I am not disappointed

Trending Review: The Gamo Urban PCP .22 Caliber has been an excellent air rifle and has become one of our favorite ways to enjoy backyard target shooting.

My wife especially loves shooting it, which honestly says a lot. The rifle is comfortable to handle, easy to shoot accurately, and has a smooth overall feel that makes target practice enjoyable instead of tiring or frustrating.

Accuracy has been impressive right out of the box. Once dialed in, it consistently delivers tight groupings and makes backyard target shooting genuinely fun. The trigger feels good, and the PCP platform provides smooth, consistent shots.

Another thing I appreciate is how manageable and refined the rifle feels compared to heavier or harsher shooting options. It’s quiet enough for comfortable backyard use while still feeling solid and capable.

Build quality also feels very good overall. Everything operates smoothly, from the magazine system to the bolt action, and the rifle has been reliable during repeated shooting sessions.

If you’re looking for an accurate and enjoyable PCP air rifle for target shooting or recreational use, this is a fantastic option. Reliable, accurate, and extremely fun to shoot. Highly recommended.

3. Gamo Swarm Magnum 10-Shot Magazine

Gamo Swarm Magnum 10 Shot Magazine

Highlight: Gamo Swarm Magnum 10-Shot Magazine — quick, smooth, and keeps you firing fast without stopping to reload, so you stay in the moment and on target.

Helpful Review: The Gamo Swarm Magnum is a Great Pellet Rifle .22cal, I purchased this rifle in August and it has performed very well…. However, I will save you some heart aches with fine tuning this rifle. The biggest issue I had with rifle was finding the pellets that this rifle prefers.

In my opinion none of the GAMO pellets perform well when used them with this rife. They were not reliable and they were very inconsistence, also the GAMO Rocket AccuTex pellet is not a good option.

I came across the Crossman Piranha 22cal 14.3gr 55mm, and this pellet seems like was made for this rifle, accuracy improved 100%. I could hit small targets at 85yds+ with great accuracy.

However, the combination of these Pellets & Scope makes it incredibly accurate, which means a Great Day of shooting..

Trending Review: Heavy as my 30.06. Group shots are amazing within 1/2 inch. However I am 70 years old and I shoot the little tiny wood peckers that peck into my cedar sided house. I have to put the stock but of the gun on the ground and use two hands on the barrel to break it and cock it. Thank goodness the stock is heavy duty enough for me to cock this gun. That is my only gripe but I can live with it. Nice piece to add to the collection. Very happy 👍👍

4. Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 Multi-Shot Pellet Rifle

Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 Multi Shot Pellet Rifle

Highlight: Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 Multi-Shot Pellet Rifle — fast follow-up shots, smooth handling, and that reliable Gamo performance you can count on every time you pull the trigger.

Helpful Review: I have had my Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 .22 for several months now. It performs flawlessly! I have put over 500 pellets down range without a single issue. It has enough power to take down small nuisance animals, even as large as a racoon, but is quiet enough that it doesn’t disturb the neighbors.

There is of course a fairly loud thud, it is an air piston rifle; but the noise doesn’t carry far and since the round is subsonic there is no “crack” and the sound buffering makes the pellet exit quiet. The rifle is very accurate and holds tight groups.

It does like some pellets more than others. I have been happy with the Diabolo Jumbo Express by Exact. The scope with comes with the rifle is cheap; but it works as long as you don’t mind not having an adjustable objective (AO). I upgraded to a Hammers 4 x 12 with AO, I needed an offset mount to allow the front to clear the loading mechanism, be careful of that when selecting a scope.

Make sure any scope mount has a stop pin…the vibration of the air piston will cause mounts to shift and loose zero if they don’t have the stop pin. Overall this is a great air rifle, especially for the price! I recommended it to my friends and it has provided many hours of fun.

Trending Review: I really like my swarm. I’ve dispatched 5 squirrels so far all on the first shot. The scope was off by a lot when I installed it, but I put up a target on a large wooden board and I could see where the initial shots were going. After about 20 shots and scope adjustments the gun is super accurate. I’ve only used the gammo red fire pellets because that’s what someone said in another review and they work for me.

I have the .22 caliber because I thought it would be quieter and pack more punch. It’s not super quiet, but my wife says she can just barely hear it from inside when I shoot it in the backyard. As far as packing a punch, like I said earlier the squirrels don’t really stand a chance. I would highly reccomend this gun if you’re on the fence. It performs exceptionally well for only 200 bucks.

5. Gamo Silent Cat .177 Caliber Breakbarrel Pellet Air Rifle

Gamo Silent Cat .177 Caliber Breakbarrel Pellet Air Rifle

Highlight: Gamo Silent Cat .177 Caliber Breakbarrel Pellet Air Rifle — hits hard and shoots quietly, so you get solid performance without making a racket that disturbs the peace.

Helpful Review: I like this gun more than expected. At this price point it would be hard to find a better pellet gun. I needed to level up my pellet gun after the birds figured out the accurate range of my old ten pump Crossman. The Crossman served me well since I was a kid but now as a grown man I recognized the need to elevate my game to achieve the needed bird free zone I desired.

I had a sparrow, and pigeon problem with them using my pool as their own and ruining fruit in my garden. I live in the suburbs of Rancho Cucamonga, so keeping noise to a minimum was a priority. I don’t think the gun is any more or less quiet than any others of similar characteristics, but it looks cool and was at a price I could live with.

The noise isn’t an issue since I only requires one shot to eliminate the pests. The scope was so so and I replaced it with a little higher caliber one, but initially it worked just fine. Once I established the usable distance I wanted more than the 4x the scope offered. With nice pellets, Im using the Beeman Kodiak Extra Heavy it shoots inch-ish at 25 yards. plenty accurate for my needs.

The first sparrow actually had a surprised look on his face when I drilled him off the neighbors roof. My wife describes my anti bird obsession with that of Bill Murray/gopher in Caddy Shack, but Im pretty happy with the lack of birds in my yard. I would buy another one in a second should this one break after a couple years of use.

Trending Review: After shooting a few dozen rounds, I have to say I am really impressed with this air rifle. I was able to sight in my scope within a quarter of an inch of every place I aimed with the rifle. The target was set about 25 yards away. At first, I shot 5 pellets just outside the bulls-eye until I relaxed and aimed better.

Then I shot a couple right in the middle of the bulls-eye. After that, I aimed at the small numbers on the circles around the bulls-eye and nailed them. Then I aimed my last shot at the right side of the target at an imaginary number, and again was within a quarter of an inch of where I was aiming. I was very pleased. The scope is better than most of the reviews say.

It can be adjusted for a person’s vision by turning the end of the scope. I was able to shoot small game very successfully with clean, ethical kill shots. When you mount the scope, take your time. It is not the easiest to mount, but once you get it on, it is secure. Don’t forget to use gun oil on the “O” ring where you insert the pellet. Another thing I like about this air rifle is that it is not real heavy.

The composite stock makes it lighter than wood and easier to handle. The breaking of the barrel to prepare to shoot is not difficult either, once you get the hang of it. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

6. Gamo Swarm Whisper 10X Multi-Shot

Gamo Swarm Whisper 10X Multi Shot

Highlight: Gamo Swarm Whisper 10X Multi-Shot — quick follow-up shots without fumbling, whisper-quiet shooting, and that solid Gamo feel you can rely on every time.

Helpful Review: Very well built and solid air rifle. Considerably heavier than I was expecting, but that’s a good thing. Not flimsy at all. Took more “energy” than I was expecting to “break” it to cock the mechanism. Once I knew what to expect I was delighted in how simple it was.

Much better than my old Daisy .177 air rifle that took 10 pumps to prepare for the next shot. Also, this new rifle is very accurate and consistent. It comes with a cheap, plastic, crappy scope that works extremely well.

Very stable, easy to calibrate, and reliably consistent. And, the innovative 10 pellet magazine is wonderful. Pretty easy to load 10 pellets and then the magazine automatically feeds a fresh pellet into the barrel every time the rifle “breaks” to be cocked for the next shot. A great little air rifle and hard to beat for the price.

Trending Review: This gun is a lot of fun pretty good quality which I expected since it’s a Gamo. The clip is a game changer, One of the reasons I bought this gun. This thing will take down squirrels no problem. I do recommend getting a better scope However the stock ones honestly not too bad. I love hunting squirrels, and rabbits with my dog this gun made it a hell of a lot easier if you miss just crack, the barrel and fire again.

7. Gamo 6110017154 Varmint Air Rifle

Gamo 6110017154 Varmint Air Rifle

Highlight: Gamo Varmint Air Rifle — snappy, accurate, and built tough for pest control and target practice, with the power and reliability you can count on every single time.

Helpful Review: Was not zeroed in upon shipping. With a quick turn to the left on the scope, this rifle does not miss. I am very impressed with the accuracy. The gamo red tip pellets have been devastating to control the pigeon and dove population from the nesting under my solar panels. Wish I bought the 10x so I didnt have to load every shot. But this is a fantastic rifle. Ive never had an air rifle be dead center. Where you put the cross hairs as far as 20 yards so far, its exact.

Trending Review: After a lot of research and countless comparison videos watched, I pulled the trigger on getting the gamo urban. The accuracy is excellent and does exceptionally well at 50 yards. My rifle enjoys H&N pellets like the Terminator or sniper magnums when I’m reaching out that far.

I use a hand pump to fill up the reservoir and can easily say it’s not hard at all like some people claim. The urban is very backyard friendly and pretty dang quiet. Remember when buying air rifles at higher velocities the smaller rounds in .177 are much louder than a bigger round at a lower velocity.

I like the feel, I like the trigger pull, I like the accuracy, and I like how the length makes the rifle less cumbersome. Also, you need to buy the male fitting that will thread onto the probe that goes into your air rifle. Enjoy this well made product!
