1. DD Gun Magnet Mount

DD Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Powerful 43 lbs pull force with a unique magnetic design for fast, secure, and scratch-free firearm access.

Constructive Review: I purchased two sets so that I can have multiple mounting locations. I was quite pleased with the strength and design of the magnets.

Construction: there are 4 strong magnets mounted to a steel plate covered by a thick molded vinyl protecting cover. The steel plate allows a secure mounting in addition it contains the strong magnetic flux of the magnets.

IMPORTANT!!! The magnetic flux, because of the product design is only contained to the front side thereby protecting sensitive items on the other side. As an example, if you were to mount the magnet under a table. you can safely place a credit card or a cell phone above it without damage.

Holding power: These are very strong. They will hold securely a loaded stainless steel 10+1 9mm in any position. You do not have to mount it parallel. I am using mine perpendicular just so that I can release it with some ease. These things grip.

Hardware: Included are 4 sets of flat head screws with a 1/2 inch mounted depth protrusion. Also, included are four 1 inch drywall screws and four 1/4 inch wide plastic anchors without screws for the anchors.

HEED THE MFG WARNING… Do not allow the two magnets faces to come near each other, they will stick to each other with a combined force of nearly 80 Lbs. Ask me how I know that???? -Robert Brock

Trending Review: I was blown away by the quality of this. I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I saw the package ^ but it’s truly exceeded all of my expectations for these magnets. The magnetism is very very strong, I almost a little worried when I slapped it on the side of the slide and I couldn’t get it off easily. Also held my heaviest gun, 30-06, by the TIP of it’s barrel. Just Incredible.

I put my first one up on the side of my bedside table, with only the adhesive tape, no screws. Holds my heaviest handgun without breaking a sweat.

Next one’s going in the car. Definitely buying more. -Timothy

Reassuring Review: Size is 1 1/2 wide by 3 3/4 long by 1/4 inch thick. Smaller than I thought but they are very strong and depending on how the gun is placed on the magnet you may have a hard time removing the gun. Flat sides of a pistol slide will really hold tightly and make it difficult to remove the gun. I was looking for an under dash spot for gun placement but with such strong magnetism I was not able to use the magnets as planned. I am sure you could put some more rubber or other material between the gun and the magnet to reduce the magnetic pull but I decided to go another way. -Robkarrob

2. DeYoungArbeit Gun Magnet Mount

DeYoungArbeit Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 55 lbs pull force with scratch-resistant coating for secure, damage-free firearm storage.

Constructive Review: I usually never write reviews, however this magnet inspired me to do so. Surprisingly strong, and it will do exactly what I need it to do. I carry a “truck gun” usually just a beater that I carry in the woods, fishing or camping. This magnet is perfect for the job. I ordered 4, one for the truck, jeep, the old lady’s ride, and I’m even going to install one on the boat. Great product for “easy access” if you know what I mean. I feel more comfortable leaving a firearm in my truck without worrying about someone seeing it and trying to break in. It’s very strong, I don’t think I’ll have to worry about my guns falling off. Works great for my M&P 22 magnum, sig p365 x macro, hell, I even hung a big ole 44 magnum from it. It does it’s job, and it does it well. Great product guys! -Josh Harris

Trending Review: My first two purchases of two different brands rated for 30 and 35 lbs failed to work as advertised for a side strike on my center console of my car . Ten mounting holes later I finally received a magnet to work as advertised, and it is a very positive magnet with no sliding off worries for my Ruger 9mm . This product Amazon noted has the least amount of returns of all the rest , I think they should delete the rest that are often returned 🤔 . Save putting ten extra holes into your console and get this exact product , I’m finally happy and relieved 😁 . -Scott Richardson

Reassuring Review: First off let me commend the seller. Listing said free overnight shipping. I ordered on a Sat at 10 PM and received at 11 AM the next morning. A+ for the seller. I don’t usually write reviews unless a product exceeds my expectations. What I expected was something that would barely hold a pistol. I assumed the 56 lbs holding power was marketing hype. I bought this thinking it should at least hold a magazine or two. What I got was amazing. I didn”t test the 56 lbs pull power but I made the mistake of sticking two together. I almost had to throw them away because I couldn’t get them apart. Finally a small screwdriver separated them.

So here’s the run down on what you get. I ordered the 4 pack. In the box was 4 mounts, 1 3/8″ W x 3 1/2″ L x 1/4″ thick. Covered with a durable 1/16″ thick, slip on cover. I should note that the back of the magnet is recessed about 1/16″ due to the overhang of the cover. If you intend to use double sided tape it would need to have some thickness to work well and then it might pull apart when you removed the weapon. Wood screws included were : (8) 1.25″ long and (8) .75″ long, no expansion wall fasteners.

So how well do they work? Well, amazingly! I tested several different, full size pistols and they held extremely well. Even when attached across the width of the mount. The polymer and alloy frames pistols stuck well from just the steel slide. The magnets are powerful enough that you can’t just pull straight away from the mount. You have to roll them off. I did not try this but I believe one of two mounts could hold a rifle or shotgun if there is enough flat metal surface for the magnet to adhere to. I was able to suspend a 10.5 lbs AR from just it’s pencil size barrel. I wouldn’t recommend that since the magnet doesn’t get full purchase on a small round barrel but the gives you an idea of the holding power.

These things have other uses. They will hold 2 or 3 loaded magazines with ease. Use them in the garage to hold tools, mount them to the lid of your shooting or gun cleaning box to hold small metal parts or tools in use. Got a lot of metal savings on your work bench. They’ll handle that but a a pain to clean afterwards. Want to separate steel shell casings from brass for reloading? Spread the casing out on a towel and pass the magnet over it. You’ll the magnet filled in no time. Everyday I find a new use for them. Amazing! -Elaine

3. MAXREAL Gun Magnet Mount

MAXREAL Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 55 lbs hold with anti-scratch rubber coating for secure, damage-free firearm storage.

Constructive Review: I only needed one, but you get two. I’m glad to have an extra one. The magnet is super strong, almost too strong, I attached to car using both the 3M tape and the screws and let it sit for 24 hours before testing. Also, it doesn’t say to, but clean the surface you’re attaching to with rubbing alcohol first to remove any and all grease product, let dry 60s, then 3M it, press firmly for 1-2 minutes, then tiny pilot hole for the screws, then screw in the screws – careful not to over-tighten and strip, then don’t touch for 24 hours. There is no way I’m going to accidentally detach my pistol with a leg swipe or anything like that. It takes a strong decisive grip and downward pop to detach. Took a little practice, but I have it down now and like it a lot. -David K.

Trending Review: These work perfectly. Only one is need per pistol. The magnets are VERY strong, so I might suggest a technique of rolling the pistol off. No slower, just different. They both come with a selfadhesive pad and screwholes. Don’t rely on the adhesive, it’s strong but the magnets are stronger. So use the pads to hold the piece in place when you are screwing the piece down. Actually with a bit of thought you can think of lots of uses for these. A very nice price since you get two. Recommended if you want them. Remember that they are intended to hold a loaded gun so children and stupid people should NOT have access to the pistol. -Jeorge

Reassuring Review: I wanted to secure a sidearm on the inner wall of my truck console. In a stressful situation, I do not want to be fishing around, I want to know where my gun is & get a good working grip on it. this magnet is nicely sized & easy to install. it takes a firm rolling motion to release the gun, the magnet is that strong. I put the magnet high on the console wall so whatever is in the console is below the gun. I intend to buy some more for other locations. -Steve

4. Stinger Magnetic Gun Mount

Stinger Magnetic Gun Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 15.4 lb pull force with a secure trigger guard lock for fast, safe access anywhere.

Constructive Review: Installed this in my car for carry convenience. I was worried about about how well it would hold the gun, but after installation, those fears were discarded. This holder has a very strong magnet and holds the gun securely. I installed it on the transmission tunnel and added “stand-offs” I made at home to allow the gun holder to be mounted about an inch away from the tunnel, this to give my hand room to get behind the grip so I could more easily remove the gun from the holder. Also, I was a little worried about getting scratches on the gun from the holder, so I applied some thin felt to the interior surfaces. My worries about the scratches may have been unfounded, but regardless, I just feel like the odds of a scratch have been greatly reduced. Jmaes Paul

Trending Review: Many mixed comments out there but I think you have to adjust your expectations anytime you are buying a one size fits all product. I have a basic weapons locker with removable indoor panel. After figuring out general placement, I removed panel, checked for any interference with internal mechanisms, then attached mounts using the adhesive provided. it was strong enough to hold in place while I drilled through the door. I attached using #8-32 3/4′ screws with a washer and locking washer. I reattached panel to door and tested the mounts. I was concerned about the magnet being too strong, especially on my my Sig P320, which was hard to pull out. I felt my Canik TP9 set too low and did not attach well enough. I tried three different approaches (pictured). The thick felt strips were too thick and could be used. But they were perfect to place in the bottom of the mount to raise the Canik and then it grabbed the magnet perfectly. I layered two strips. I used one for the Sig P320 in same location. The foam insert still did not let the Sig Grab. But three of the plastic dots (larger) from the variety package were perfect. I had no issues with mag release others described but modifying the holder will be easy enough if I encounter in future. I may move the lower mount down as I think the magnet is interfering with the circuit board controlling the entry codes. But that is my issue not the manufacturer. Solid product, highly recommend. -John in Missouri

Reassuring Review: What I like about this magnetic mount over others is the trigger guard cover, as well as the flexibility in where and how to mount. It seems well built, sturdy, and came with what I would expect for basic mounting options.

What I did NOT like was that the 3M double-sided tape was already preinstalled on the back of the magnetic part of the holder. Since I didn’t want to use the 3M I had to spend some time and elbow grease scraping it off, then using goo-gone to make sure the mount was clean enough to take the epoxy I ultimately used.

Installed in the driver well of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The 3m backing is OK, but with a textured surface (like a car dash) you need something thicker. I chose to remove the 3M double-sided tape and replaced it with a generous amount of 2-part epoxy. In addition, I replaced the stock screws with 4 that were a bit wider in the shaft as well as self taping. The dashboard itself is rather thin material, so I may end up removing the dash and replacing the self-taping screws with some small bolts and a thin sheet of metal on the inside of the dash to add some stiffening. Will need to see how it works during practice drills. -M.Henry

5. KINGS Magnet Gun Mount

KINGS Magnet Gun Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 55 lbs hold with protective rubber coating for scratch-free, secure firearm mounting anywhere.

Constructive Review: These Kings Magnet Gun Holders were exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to install. If you know How to use a Screw Driver…you’ll figure it out. And I also liked the fact that they have a Rubberized Coating….so No scratching. And as for the Magnet….wow is it strong ! Trust me….it’s strong enough to hold basically any Handgun…straight, sideways, upside down…whatever. And I actually had to Practice a bit with it to judge the Holding capacity of these things, because as I said….strong ! But after a couple practice grabs…you have it from there, no probs. So If you are looking for something rubberized to avoid scratching and strong enough to hold your heaviest handgun….look no further, you found it here ! -JRiz

Trending Review: This is a really strong magnet. It holds a 10ml pistol—no problem. I tested it and know that I can keep a weapon ready just where I need it. It can also hold tools in place if you wanted. I highly recommend. The only thing I would change is to make it in larger sizes for variety sake and offer bulk purchase for economy. It is a good tool that I never would have imagined needing, but now that I have it—I’m glad. -S. Stevens

Reassuring Review: I previously had another brand of gun Magnet. Every time I’d hit a bump in the road my weapon would fall to the floor. I figured I’d try the Kings Magnet. WOW!! Since installing this magnet my weapon has not fallen even on the rough construction sites I work on. I highly recommend this product. -Buzz

6. MytypeMAG Gun Magnet Mount

MytypeMAG Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 55 lbs hold with scratch-proof coating for fast, safe, and secure firearm access anywhere.

Constructive Review: These magnetic mounts really grab well, but know that if you plan to use it to hold your firearm from the side, the slide will naturally want to shift to a parallel hold on the mount.

i used these as a mounting point on vehicle interior plastic molding, and the following is how i did that.

for mounting, you will want to use both the double sided tape and screws as the tape alone will not hold the weight of an average sized handgun, and plan your mounting out by checking both sides of the mounting surface for clearance, once you have the positioning finalized, mark and pre-drill the 4 holes for the screws, remove the adhesive protection, put the screws in place on the mount and set it. i did not use the screws that were supplied with it (wood screws), and found that M3 black oxide screws with flat countersunk heads paired with matching washers and locknuts for the opposite side worked perfectly and allowed the screw heads to recess just enough to prevent any potential scratching while still strongly holding the mount (not allowing the screw head to pull through the holes in the mount). -Jeanot Muster

Trending Review: I just got these delivered, but there are no instructions included with them. The magnets and VERY strong. There is no way that your firearm will come loose while driving iver the bumpiest road or even in an accident. I am wondering what size drill bit is needed to secure the counter sinks. The is no information on this, and before I install them, I want to be certain. I am concerned that they will be ripped out of the console wall if they are not set exactly. Can someone tell me? I am thinking about getting some stronger counter sinks for the screws to go into, but I need to know which size to get and what size bit to use to drill them into place. Thanks in advance for this information. -Mikal

Reassuring Review: This is the third magnet I have bought to put on the side of my nightstand. The first magnet wasn’t strong enough so I order another to put with it and the rubber or plastic coating came off and I didn’t want to scratch my pistol. The second one I put up made the drawer where I was unable to close but even though I had two magnets for one 9mm it still didn’t feel like a solid connection. This new magnet seems very well coated and it holds on to my pistol with a super strong grip. Just what I wanted. I will have to complete the installation with the screws because I could see that it may hold on so tight to the pistol that it may rip off the side of the nightstand when I take the pistol off. I have to actually slide the pistol off , not pull it off. The other one is for my car. I’m a happy camper. Will be ordering more when my shotgun comes in. Thank you for the great product. -Christine

7. ANTREEMAG Gun Magnet Mount

ANTREEMAG Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 55 lbs hold with quick-draw design for instant firearm access.

Constructive Review: This magnet is amazing. I have had others in the past that were magnets which stuck on to metal plates. The issue with this is that sometimes the magnet would come off the metal plate. This product solves that issue by allowing the magnet to be mounted with tape and screws. I put one in each of my vehicles which is nice for a handgun. This allows easier access to the firearm and is also more comfortable when driving around. They are also nice for the bathroom, shower, etc. -Jordan

Trending Review: They’re strong magnets and they do magnet stuff. A single magnet holds my full sized, loaded, Mossberg 590A1. You might need spacers behind the magnets if you’re mounting rifles, especially if they have attachments but I assume most people are getting these to mount pistols in their car.

Here is my take for those who want to mount pistols in their car. If you try to draw from this magnet on a slide operated pistol you will likely put it out of battery in a way that you can’t immediately see. This is a problem if you’re intending for your weapon to be used in self defense. You shouldn’t store a pistol this way if it is meant to be brought into action rapidly. Also in an accident you can experience up to 30 G’s of force which means that your 2lb gun now weighs 60lbs and can be flung off this magnet (assuming that the weight rating is accurate, I haven’t tested it). It may not fire on impact (though some guns can) but now you’re unconsious in your car and your gun just flew out the window. There are much better mounting solutions for pistols in vehicles and with my experience I DO NOT recommend this product for that. Of course this is not a fault on the magnet mount itself but rather the way that I believe they are being used for.

But do I recommend this for mounting guns in your home? ABSOLUTELY. With the caveat that you use common sense as anybody, including children, can just grab them. Of course you’re not using these to “secure” your firearms so I would hope you understand the shortcomings of them.

With that being said, these magnets rock. The rubberized coating does not scratch my guns (at least not to an extent that I can tell them apart from the scratches they get from normal use) And if you’re mounting a revolver I absolutely recommend using these for putting it out of sight in the event of a threat in the home. Of course I don’t have anyone in my home who might mess with it, but in the event of a burglary I am fairly certain they will be too busy stealing all my fancy stuff they wont find it without knowing to look for it. These would also be great for a war room as an alternative to pegboards with far less hassle and setup.

They come with sticky backing to help with mounting but some reviews don’t seem to understand that’s only there to help hold it in place while you screw it down. You could, in theory, glue them down with construction adhesive and they would work, but the adhesive they come with is not strong enough to use by itself. Also you have to take into consideration the material that you’re mounting it into. I’ve had success with mounting to the underside of MDF desks but I wouldn’t be surprised if one day it broke loose; that would be a fault of the material and not the magnets. -S. Zimdahl

Reassuring Review: I live in California where the governor, local senator and the DA care more about their treasure chest than they do about the citizen’s safety and property. On the Ring Alarm app, the Neighbors reporting everyday that someone’s vehicle is either broken into or stolen. I had my truck toolbox forced open one night and luckily I had removed my tools the night before, other items were taken. If the thief had broken my window then they could have used my garage door opener to get inside my garage, or steal my registration and the fast-Trak.
Therefore I purchased a small digital safe to store these items and this magnet to mount the safe out of the way and out of sight. The only thing is that the safe is hard to slide off the magnet because the magnet is so strong, but that is a good thing. -Dorwinion

8. KEEPER MG Gun Magnet Mount

KEEPER MG Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 35 lb hold with anti-scratch rubber coating for secure, damage-free firearm storage.

Constructive Review: I saw a lot of reviews saying these barely held handguns. However I have a Q5 SF pro and it is a heavy gun, large clip fully loaded and it has had no problems for the first 3 weeks I have had it. I bought two because of the reviews but I am confident it would be fine with just one. I do have to side mount it, it will not hold if I try to stick the top of the slide to it. But it is quite a strong grip on the side of the slide. I was worried because it’s such a heavy gun but I have hit big ruts on gravel roads, snow drifts, and potholes and it hasn’t been close to falling off. The closest it every got is when I hit it with my knee while adjusting in my seat and it still didn’t fall. Easy to install, non scratch plastic coating on top is great, and most of all the function works perfect. I don’t see how this could get under a 5 star review. Guessing maybe people with polymer guns trying to get it to stick using the barrel alone? Not sure. It wouldn’t hold 40 lbs without an ideal situation but I don’t know of any handguns that would be anywhere close to that. -Banana

Trending Review: BUY IT, I ended up buying 2 of them!!! So if you’ll look closely in the picture I provided, centered directly under my steering wheel is where I previously had been storing my Glock whilst driving. It was holstered and the belt clip on the holster seemed to be a good way to secure my firearm while driving but man was I WRONG, zoom in and you’ll notice the many nicks/scratches that my leather holster caused on my dash and it was just not a comfortable place to get to if the need to quickly draw my weapon should ever come into play…so after reading tons of Amazon reviews for different magnetic gun mounts, I stumbled upon this one, The Keeper.

Well let’s just say that the Keeper magnetic gun mount is THE TRUTH! 💯 Straight up, no BS, just order it already. It is extremely well made with a heavy duty textured rubber coating imprinted with the Keeper brandname and logo on the front and center of the mount. I wanted to ensure that my new magnetic gun mount was in a suitable location that I could have easy access to my pistol with the ability to draw my weapon by muscle memory alone after running a few repetitive training drills. Prior to installing it, I took the Keeper mount and secured it to the the slide as if I had already mounted it and moved to many locations and then I found the sweet spot in which I had just enough clearance to get my hand past the console and also be comfortable while driving so I highly recommend test fitting the mount to your pistol and moving it around to several potential mounting locations prior to actually mounting it.

The mount is plenty strong enough to hold my Glock 40 and I even was able to chamber a round while it was mounted! I’ve heard of people using adhesive to mount it however that seems rather silly considering it has 4 countersunk corner holes for the screws included in the kit. After finding the sweet spot to mount it, I used a small drill bit to pre-drill all 4 corner holes for the mounting screws that were provided with the kit. Upon finishing my install, I was extremely surprised at the strength level of the magnetic force used to secure the weapon. All in all, this was a great purchase and gets 5 stars from me and the only thing I’d change about this kit would be to upgrade to stainless steel screws rather than using the hardware provided in the box especially if your considering an outdoor mounting location. -Jared Waites

Reassuring Review: I’m rating this a 5 because product itself is an excellent value. The magnet is very strong and has a protective coating to prevent it from scraping your firearm. It comes with all the mounting hardware you’re likely to need unless you’re anchoring into a weird material or surface. That said, think about how you’d actually use this and its implications to trigger coverage. What I mean is that unless you also incorporate a trigger guard, you’ll have an exposed trigger and possibly a weapon that’s easy to spot. That may be OK for your purposes and I’m not judging, but I prefer to keep triggers covered until they’re ready to be used. I had originally thought this might give me a way to hold my carry gun in the car for ready access, and even though mine has an integrated trigger safety, I’ve come to prefer a rigid kydex enclosure. I’m also not sure I want the pistol so easy to see from the window during a traffic stop while interacting with the officer. I might end up using the magnet with my bed stand and a small lanyarded kydex trigger guard. -Scott McCrory

9. GMW Gun Magnet Mount

GMW Gun Magnet Mount

Highlight: Ultra-strong 43 lb. hold with a protective rubber coating for secure, scratch-free firearm storage anywhere.

Constructive Review: I actually got this to mount a readily accessible knife inside my car, as I cannot bring a gun aboard the military base where I work. But, it may be occasionally used for a pistol when I’m off, though I prefer it on my body personally.

Firstly, if you are counting on using just the adhesive without using the screws, forget it. Even in the product literature it says not to do this, the adhesive will barely hold just the magnet in place despite the surface being thoroughly cleaned. Much as I hate drilling into my car it is a neccesary evil for the product to work, even for a lightweight knife. Luckily, the plain black magnet and screws are discreet so looks like it could be an OEM feature. Even if the magnet comes apart I can just stick a couple black screws in there and call it a day.

The magnet is decently strong, it is no refrigerator magnet, but not near as strong as some rare earth magnets I’ve handled. I’m a little skeptical that it will hold 30 lbs but didn’t test it so can’t say. It will hold my full size PT-92 with a loaded 21 round magazine and mounted light, but I wouldn’t want to drive down a bumpy dirt road with it.

The screws aren’t the best I’ve ever seen, but if you drill a tiny pilot hole they seem fine. They aren’t self-tapping.

For long term carry of a pistol in a vehicle, I would personally put a bit of microfiber cloth (like you get with glasses) between the magnet and pistol. The rubber is soft but has ridges that I wouldn’t trust to not mar the finish as the pistol will vibrate as you drive.

The Hellcat I currently own has almost no usable storage beyond the console box, glove box on the passenger side, a mesh pocket by your knee which will hold precisely nothing, and a little slot for a wallet or something, so I’m happy to have this. I would rate it 4.5 but as it isn’t an option I will give it 5 with some reservations. The knife is just going to stay in there so not worried about pulling it off repeatedly. Despite having a spring steel clip on the sheath I found it more secure to just remove the sheath, put it in the glove box, and stick the bare blade to the magnet. It’s low profile so no danger of the blade cutting or poking you.

I’m kind of excited to see what I can use the other one for. A bunch of potential uses. -Raymond

Trending Review: Once upon a time, in a world made up of metal and machines, there lived a little magnet named Max. Max was special, for he was the strongest little magnet in all the land. Despite his small size, he had a magnetic force that was unmatched by any other magnet in the world.

Max lived in a workshop, surrounded by tools and gadgets, where he spent his days helping the mechanic fix all sorts of machines. The mechanic would often marvel at Max’s strength, and tell him how grateful he was to have him on his team. Max loved his job and was always eager to help, but he couldn’t help but feel a little restless. He yearned for adventure and to use his strength for something greater.

One day, a spaceship crash-landed in the workshop, and the mechanic was called upon to repair it. As the mechanic worked on the spaceship, Max couldn’t help but be curious about its contents. He snuck inside and discovered that the spaceship was carrying a dangerous alien artifact, which threatened to destroy the entire planet. Max knew that he had to act quickly to save the world.

With his magnetic strength, Max bravely took hold of the alien artifact and started to pull it out of the spaceship and away from the planet. The artifact was heavy and pulling it was no easy feat, but Max was determined. Slowly but surely, he pulled the artifact into space, away from the planet, and finally, with a great tug, he sent it hurtling into the unknown reaches of the universe.

The people of the planet were overjoyed, and they threw a great celebration in honor of Max’s bravery. The mechanic took Max on a tour of the world, showing him all the amazing sights and places he had only ever dreamed of. Max was hailed as a hero, and his name became famous far and wide as the strongest little magnet that ever lived.

From that day on, Max lived a life filled with adventure and excitement. He continued to use his strength for good, and his magnetic force only grew stronger with each passing day. And so, Max lived happily ever after, knowing that he had made a difference in the world and achieved his greatest ambition. -S. Gordon

Reassuring Review: Backed with adhesive to hold in place, screwed in securely with included screws, the magnet is really powerful and easily holds a handgun aloft. One for the side of the bed where I sleep, covered by a partially untucked bottom sheet, and one for the back of my bathroom door, covered by a hanging towel. Easily accessible by me, and what stranger would suspect what lay so close at hand? Can you imagine a worse fate than being in the shower or sitting on the can, half naked, vulnerable, the sound of the shower covering the sound of the downstairs door giving way or perhaps obscuring the alarm, being surprised by an intruder coming in the bathroom? After getting a permit, taking the classes, purchasing a handgun, perhaps a safe and a bedside lockbox, only to find yourself naked and defenseless in the bathroom? Nope. Now I shower and toilet secure in the knowledge that I am prepared for about any eventuality. Like flood or CCW insurance, maybe you’ll never need it but, should the unthinkable occurs, nothing else will fill the gap. -Ulfson
